Justice C.S. Dias

Born on 19.11.1969. Did his schooling at the Kendriya Vidyalaya, Ernakulam. Passed his graduation in Law from the Government Law College, Thiruvananthapuram in 1992. Started his practice, in High Court of Kerala and Subordinate Courts in Ernakulam. He was Counsel for High Court of Kerala from 2016-2019. He was the Retainer Standing Counsel for the Ministry of Railways in the High Court from 2010 to 2019, Central Government Counsel from 2012- 2015, Standing Counsel for the Indian Oil Corporation from 2006-2019. He was member of the National Advisory Committee to the Ministry of Women and Child Development 2018 – 2019. He was also Counsel and Consultant for several Non-Governmental Organizations, Institutions, Congregations and Corporates. He specialised in Civil, Constitutional, Family and Arbitration laws. Sworn in as Additional Judge of High Court of Kerala on 18.11.2019. Appointed as Permanent Judge of the High Court of Kerala with effect from 28-05-2021.
